01. introduction

Kaci Beeler is an improv expert, visual designer, facilitator, and performer who loves helping folks unlock their hidden strengths. Kaci uses “yes &!” at the core of design and is drawn to positive and solutions-focused dialog. She has the unique ability to create spaces that spark vulnerability, embrace risk, and foster discovery while also allowing people to laugh and have fun. For a decade, Kaci was the Director of Design at The Hideout Theatre in Downtown Austin, TX. At The Hideout she created hundreds of innovative, interactive shows a year and facilitated improv workshops for people of all ages and experience levels. She has even worked to facilitate workshops in China, South Korea, and Japan where English was not the common language and loved this.

02. experience

Kaci’s improv leadership has led her to support companies such as Canva, Facebook, Atlassian, L'Oreal Paris, HBO, Out of Bounds Comedy Festival, Nursery Theater in London, and Seoul City Improv in South Korea. Kaci hopes to bring her improv skills to the sustainability space by creating safe, fun, and collaborative spaces where people can explore ways to reduce unnecessary waste and pollution.

04. what sustains kaci

In her free time, Kaci is sustained by improv. She has been improvising for over 18 years and feels the most at home building imaginary worlds out of nothing on stage.

05. favorite tree

A Magnolia Tree is Kaci’s favorite tree. It always catches her eye and draws her in because it looks like something from a fantasy world.
